Wild Thyme Honey

Our thyme honey is sourced from our own beehives in the Karawau Gorge, where wild thyme tends to grow on the steep sides of hills and mountains. It is one of the few areas in the world that produce thyme honey.

Thyme is a traditional herb which has been used for centuries. Thyme honey has a strong, pungent and herbal flavour.

Manuka Honey

Our Manuka Honey is sourced from Queenstown Lake District area. It is a very wild and isolated place where wild deer and goat roam the hills. The Manuka grows along the sides of the mountain ranges, and in a good season the whole side of the mountain will turn white with Manuka flower.
